About us

When it comes to professional service for industrial machine tools and milling machines, Innohead Worldwide is your reliable partner. Our company operates globally in the maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of all types of machine tools.

As the Managing Director of Innohead Worldwide, I, Knut Dobrzinsky, have made machine tools my passion. I began repairing machine tools back in 1989. Even then, my main interest was the fascinating complexity of large milling machines. That’s why I focused my company on this area early on. You can benefit from this experience and enjoy a comprehensive service, including both mechanical and—where possible—electrical repairs to your machine tools.

One of our core competencies lies in the repair of milling heads as well as the replacement of spindles and bearings. We can carry out repairs to your machines’ milling heads directly on-site. Alternatively, you can send them to us for a complete overhaul. We also support you with logistics—for example, when relocating your equipment, moving into a new facility, or planning an internal transfer.

In addition, our expertise includes comprehensive support and an international orientation with partners in the USA, Canada, India, Turkey, and across Europe.

To further enhance our cross-border operations and deliver faster service to our clients, we decided to open a branch in the USA in 2021.

Our Team

I completed my apprenticeship as a fitter in 1984. Afterwards I was able to gain extensive, practical experience in dealing with industrial machine tools and milling machines. After working as a service technician at the renowned tool manufacturer Butler-Newall from 1989 to 1991, I finally decided to become self-employed. In my own company, I have often worked with Soraluce, a global company that specializes in manufacturing milling and drilling machines.

    The repairs

    If you place the highest demands on the quality of your machine tools, you should rely on the best when it comes to service: We take care of the repair and maintenance of your machine tools and milling machines from the renowned manufacturers Soraluce, MTE, Correa, Lagun and Butler-Newall. Technical repairs are our main focus. We do this directly at your location. If they can also be carried out on site, we also offer electrical repairs.

    The repair and replacement of guides (INA guide) as well as the restoration of sliding guides (scrapers), gears, ball screws, bearings and milling spindles are included in our repair services. We at Innohead Worldwide are also happy to assist you with the procurement of spare parts. We know exactly where and how to find even rare parts. In addition, our service offers you head compensation, offsetting and the geometric overhaul of your machine tools.

    Machine transport

    Do you want to move into new company buildings? Do you need competent help for moving and transporting your machines? We are happy to offer you our active support in this area as well. Our skilled logistics employees are very familiar with the gentle and safe transportation of machine tools and milling machines as well as their assembly and disassembly.

    Have your machines and systems dismantled by Innohead Worldwide, transported from your current location to a new destination and professionally reassembled there. As experts for special transport and lifting devices of all kinds, long distances are a welcome challenge for us. With Innohead Worldwide you place your trust in a reliable and experienced partner for machine transports around the world.

    Laser-based measurement

    Do you want your machines to run even more precisely? It is not for nothing that the expression “laser-accurate” is used. We at Innohead Worldwide carry out laser measurements on your machines. This gives you an exact picture of the state of your machine.

    Thanks to our calibration, you can get the most out of your machines in terms of accuracy and productivity and thus ensure the best possible quality for your products.
